Patient Admitting / Discharging section

Patient Admitting Section

-Referral of the patient to the hospital (directly or through facilitating company) and coordination with IPD staff

-Receiving the documents and reviewing the type of service required by IPD staff

-Informing the IPD physician to coordinate with the attending physician

-Coordination with the admission section for admitting the patient by the IPD staff

-Admitting the patient and filing the patient documents by the IPD staff

-Accompanying the patient to the hospital ward and introducing him/her by IPD staff

Patient Discharging Section

-Recording the discharge order by the attending physician

-Controlling and completing the physician instructions and registering patient information by corresponding nurse

-Informing IPD staff

-Coordination with IPD staff for the patient's discharge and transferring the patient file to the discharge unit

-Controlling documentation and registration charges in the system and patient discharge
