Mission:

Bahar Educational, Research and Treatment Center is one of the centers under Shahroud University of Medical Sciences and Health Services, which is responsible for providing, promoting and improving the level of healthcare services based on following principals:

• Providing high-quality, safe and effective specialized and sub-specialized diagnostic and therapeutic services to patients and clients with the assistance and aid of committed, compassionate and experienced personnel, advanced diagnostic and therapeutic equipment and facilities;  maintaining the human dignity as well as patients and clients rights.

• Educating students and learners utilizing scientific and specialized abilities of our experts and modern facilities and equipment in line with the educational needs of our country to provide efficient, capable and committed medical and paramedical staffs.

• Conducting fundamental and applied researches based on organizational needs and utilizing the research outcomes in order to improve the quantity and quality of providing medical and educational services.

Vision:

We intend to provide specialized and sub-specialized medical services with the quantitative and qualitative expansion of activities and implementing strategic management, accreditation and patient safety standards using knowledge, technology and scientific values ​​to achieve the highest possible level of customer satisfaction. Relying on our qualified and expert human resources, we aim to attract national and international customers and distinguished as the best educational, research and therapeutic center among the large educational, research and therapeutic centers of the region.
