Dr. Fatemeh Mahjoub, a faculty member of the Faculty of Iranian Medicine and adjunct of Mashhad University of Medical Sciences, said in an interview with Webda that having enough sleep at night leads to better mental performance and stronger memory, and said: Adjusting the bedtime can play an important role in increasing students' concentration and reducing stress.

She added: It is better to set the bedtime from 10 pm to 6 am instead of going to bed late and waking up late, because according to studies, quality sleep is often at these hours of the night and causes morning cheerfulness and lack of boredom during the day.

She called stress and anxiety control one of the main steps to success and clarified: Many students do not read exam questions carefully and carefully due to anxiety or do not remember the correct answer due to decreased concentration.

She also mentioned that not having a regular curriculum, not reviewing lessons, pressure from families to get higher grades, insomnia and unhealthy nutrition are among the causes of stress and decreased concentration during exam sessions.

 A member of the faculty of the Faculty of Iranian Medicine and Supplemental Medicine at Mashhad University of Medical Sciences stated: Regular planning in studying lessons, performing medical breathing, avoiding excessive consumption of caffeine and stimulants, getting enough sleep on time, consuming apple and bee tea, apple faludeh, rose water, bee sweat, and honey are effective for greater success in exams.

He continued: From the perspective of Iranian medicine, every food has a quality in terms of heat and cold, moisture and dryness, and the type of food should be appropriate for each person's temperament.

Pointing out that people who suffer from irritability, anxiety, and lack of concentration should not overeat spicy foods, he added: Consuming hot foods in moderation, such as various stews such as almond stew, almond fesanjan, apple and plum stew, bee and plum stew, and almond milk is suitable for this group. Among the nuts mentioned in Iranian medicine as brain boosters is almond. Therefore, it is recommended to use almonds, raisins, hazelnuts, chickpeas, and raisins in moderation to increase memory and improve brain function.

A faculty member of the Faculty of Iranian and Complementary Medicine at Mashhad University of Medical Sciences added: "For people who experience low blood sugar while studying or have a tendency to consume sweets, raisins, currants, almond halva, yellow shell, and almond paste are recommended
