Continuous Efforts of the Development Affairs Staff Ensure Employee Satisfaction and Advance the University
On 7 April 2026, Dr. Mohammad‑Hassan Emamian, President of Shahroud University of Medical Sciences, visited the Vice‑Presidency for Management Development and Resources to acknowledge the round‑the‑clock efforts of its staff and to review the department’s ongoing activities.
According to the University’s Public Relations Office, the visit took place as the department was actively processing 2026 employment decrees and benefits, disbursing the national service reward, preparing April payroll, and conducting tender sessions in support of the university’s development plans.
Dr. Emamian, noting the volume of work, stated that he had witnessed the staff working with full dedication even during the final hours of the year. He emphasized that such commitment not only enhances employee satisfaction but also plays a vital role in advancing the university’s mission.
Dr. Kazem Rahimi, Vice‑President for Management Development and Resources, reported that last year the department successfully issued end‑of‑year decrees for faculty members, completed all promotion‑related procedures, processed more than 500 academic credential updates, and finalized around 100 organizational post conversions and promotions in coordination with the Ministry of Health.
He added that the issuance of new decrees, implementation of updated salary coefficients, and follow‑up on employee benefits—including rewards and allowances—are underway. April salaries will be paid based on the new 2026 decrees, including the 4400‑point special allowance. In education‑related affairs, all training certificates and teaching‑hour payments have been processed systematically, and the required steps for recording special allowances are being completed.
Dr. Rahimi also noted that, in addition to financial and administrative operations, the department oversees tender committees and contract follow‑ups for the university’s construction projects, all of which continue without interruption.
He concluded that the dedication, precision, and consistent efforts of the department’s staff facilitate administrative and financial processes, increase employee satisfaction, and improve the university’s overall efficiency.
Dr. Emamian emphasized that the steadfast support and tireless work of the department’s staff are invaluable assets to the university and directly contribute to advancing its educational, research, clinical, and developmental goals.
