Evaluation Visit of the Biochemistry Board Members of the Ministry of Health to Shahroud University of Medical Sciences for International Student Admission Feasibility

The members of the Specialized Board of Biochemistry of the Ministry of Health, Treatment and Medical Education visited Shahroud University of Medical Sciences to evaluate the university’s capacities and infrastructure for the potential admission of international students to the Master’s program in Biochemistry.

During the visit, which was attended by the President of the University, Dr. Mohammad Hassan Emamian, and faculty members, the board members were briefed on the university’s latest academic status, as well as its educational, research, and healthcare facilities, and overall scientific capabilities.

The delegation also visited the Biochemistry teaching and research laboratories, the academic department, the central library, laboratory and research facilities, and the University’s International Affairs Office. They assessed the university’s capacities and readiness for admitting international students.

At the end of the visit, the board members expressed their satisfaction with the university’s progressive development and positively evaluated its educational and research infrastructure. They also emphasized the importance of further strengthening international infrastructure and providing the necessary conditions for the admission of international students into the Master’s program in Biochemistry.
