Dear Esteemed and Dedicated Colleagues at Shahroud University of Medical Sciences,

The development and success of any organization depend greatly on its most valuable asset: a capable, responsible, creative, and motivated workforce. It is the knowledge, commitment, and sense of responsibility of its people that pave the way for achieving organizational goals and advancing institutional programs.

This role is of even greater significance within the healthcare system, where the efforts and contributions of every member of the workforce are directly or indirectly connected to the health, well-being, and quality of life of the community. Each of you, in your respective role and area of responsibility, is an integral part of the healthcare service delivery system. Through solidarity, accountability, and a shared commitment to serving the people, you collectively contribute to advancing the University’s goals, implementing its programs, and promoting the health and well-being of society.

On the occasion of Government Week and Employee Day, I extend my sincere congratulations to all the respected, dedicated, and hardworking members of the Shahroud University of Medical Sciences family.

I also pay tribute to the memory of Martyrs Mohammad-Ali Rajaei and Mohammad-Javad Bahonar, Martyr Ebrahim Raisi and his companions, the martyrs who made sacrifices in the defense of public health, and all those who lost their lives in the path of public service.

I sincerely appreciate your continued dedication, valuable efforts, and sense of responsibility in serving the people. Your commitment and tireless efforts are an essential part of the University’s mission to promote health and improve the well-being of the community.
