A well-crafted cover letter is a vital component of your application, providing an opportunity to demonstrate your suitability beyond grades and highlight your unique qualifications.

  • Demonstrate how your unique experiences and competencies meet SHMU’s criteria.

  • Specify the program you are applying for and articulate your aptitude by listing distinctive skills.

  • Explain why you chose SHMU and detail your academic and professional goals and aspirations.

  • If applying for a scholarship, specify the type of scholarship and explain why you are a deserving candidate.
