Significant Improvement of Shahroud University of Medical Sciences in Scimago Ranking
Dr. Mohammad Hassan Emamian, Vice chancellor for Research and Technology of Shahroud University of Medical Sciences, said:" According to the latest report of the Scimago international ranking, Shahroud University of Medical Sciences was ranked #37 out of 164 universities in the country.
In addition, it ranked at the first position among the medical universities in the north part of Iran including the Mazandaran, Babol, Semnan, Gilan and Golestan universities (Below Table). Detailed information can be found in the table below. "He said:" In this international ranking system, 17 indicators are evaluated. Innovation indicators of Shahroud University of Medical Sciences were perfect with a national rank of 14 among 164 universities in the country. This great achievement is the result of the university's comprehensive support for research and technology activities, attention to the knowledge-based economy, and the cooperation of researchers, technologists, and university students."
