Planning and optimizing the provision of welfare, cultural, and social services for students, and supervising the implementation of these programs.

Overseeing cultural, political, social, and all extracurricular and non-academic activities of students.

Expanding sports facilities and activities in various disciplines among students.

Enhancing the quantity and quality of dormitories, improving dormitory conditions and welfare services, and upgrading the quality and quantity of student nutrition.

Managing counseling and guidance services for students in personal, academic, and career matters.

Planning to provide cultural and artistic opportunities for other university members in collaboration with relevant university departments and offices.

Increasing the participation of student organizations and associations to achieve goals and maintain continuous interaction with students, while logically managing their demands.

Creating a vibrant and flourishing environment for cultural and social activities among students, staff, and faculty members.

Elevating the level of student participation in decision-making processes and maximizing their potential and talents in cultural and social activities.
