Considering your dedication, expertise, and valuable experience, you are hereby appointed as the Acting Vice President for Cultural and Student Affairs of the university. I hope that, with the blessings of the Almighty, the support of Hazrat Mahdi (AJ), adherence to the directives of the Supreme Leader, and through collaboration with staff, students, and interdepartmental partnerships, you will succeed in promoting Islamic culture and values, organizing and enhancing cultural indices, and improving the welfare of students in this sacred academic environment.

In addition to fulfilling your assigned duties, the following priorities are expected:

1. Planning and overseeing the optimal delivery of welfare, cultural, and social services to students.

2. Supervising cultural, political, and social affairs, as well as all extracurricular and non-academic student activities.

3. Expanding sports facilities and activities across various disciplines among students.

4. Enhancing the quantity and quality of dormitories, improving their conditions, and upgrading student welfare and nutrition services.

5. Managing counseling and guidance services for students in personal, academic, and career-related matters.

6. Organizing cultural and artistic opportunities for the university community in collaboration with relevant departments.

7. Increasing the involvement of student associations and organizations to achieve institutional goals and maintaining consistent interaction with students to address their needs logically.

8. Creating a vibrant and dynamic atmosphere in cultural and social activities for students, staff, and faculty members.

9. Promoting student participation in decision-making processes and maximizing their talents in cultural and social activities.
