Dear Sir,
Greetings and respect,
Considering your dedication, experience, and valuable scientific and executive background, you are hereby appointed as the Vice President for Academic Affairs of the university. It is expected that, in adherence to the principles of the National Unity Government, and through constructive interaction with other vice presidents, deans of faculties and hospitals, utilization of the expertise of managers and specialists in your domain, and collaboration with esteemed faculty members and staff, you will not only manage current affairs diligently but also focus on the following priorities in accordance with existing regulations and guidelines:
1. Paying special attention to the esteemed status of faculty members and students.
2. Enhancing the quality of educational activities within faculties and academic departments.
3. Prioritizing modern teaching methods and introducing new academic programs aligned with societal needs.
4. Establishing an educational environment based on medical education standards and community-centered learning.
5. Developing infrastructure for e-learning and creating a virtual education network.
6. Launching the Faculty of Dentistry and admitting students to this faculty.
7. Monitoring and evaluating the academic performance of students, faculty members, and educational managers in various units.
8. Aligning university academic planning with the Vision Document, Comprehensive Scientific Roadmap, and Regional Development Plan.
9. Organizing capacity-building and knowledge-enhancement programs for faculty members and postgraduate students.
10. Respecting and supporting faculty members and students, and addressing their educational and welfare needs.
11. Reviewing and revising curriculum content to ensure it remains updated, effective, and aligned with core values.
12. Planning to enhance students’ scientific and professional skills for societal integration and entrepreneurship.
13. Supervising the implementation of the Comprehensive Scientific Roadmap at the university in coordination with the Ministry.
14. Improving educational processes in line with the latest educational intelligence guidelines and identifying practical applications of artificial intelligence within academic departments.
15. Overseeing student transfer processes in compliance with existing laws and regulations.
16. Expanding international collaborations and increasing the enrollment of international students.
