Announcement of registration of accepted candidates for the capacity completion stage of the non-continuous master's degree program in 2024

A- After logging into the electronic registration system, first  select your user type as: "New Students " . 

B- Then enter your " national number"   in both the username and password fields and follow the registration steps in order, completely and accurately, and receive a tracking code. (Failure to receive a student number means failure to register).

 The link to the online registration system will be announced later.

" Steps before starting online registration "

C- Dear accepted candidates, before starting online registration, scan all the following documents and forms with the specified specifications and upload them through the electronic registration system .

**The format of all scanned files is JPEG ; and the size of each file should not be less than 100 kb and more than 300 kb .

**Note: Documents must be scanned legibly and correctly, and please refrain from sending images of documents that you have taken with a mobile phone camera .

Scan the documents required for electronic registration:

1- 4*3 photo 2- Images of all pages of the ID card

3- National card 4- Document indicating the status of the human resource plan

5- Diploma or provisional certificate (valid) of bachelor's degree

6- A certificate indicating the status of the military service, especially for men (end of service card, permanent exemption card, dispatch booklet, declaration of the latest status of the previous military service).

7-Form for declaring the status of the student welfare fund.

8- Letter confirming the rank of those accepted into the brilliant talent quota.

9- Special recruitment order for government employees and servants.

10- Image of the deposit slip for 150 million rials for on-account registration (for those accepted with excess capacity/tuition payment ) to the Shahrood University of Medical Sciences revenue account (at the Central Bank of the Islamic Republic of Iran, payable at all bank branches). Please contact the university's Graduate Education Unit regarding obtaining a promissory note and a commitment letter.

**Forms that must be completed and uploaded during electronic registration:

2- Notarized Commitment Document Form (Format) for Over-Capacity Accepted Students (Tuition Payers). (Dear Over-Capacity Accepted Students; For additional information and information on how to submit the notarized commitment document, please contact the University's Graduate Education Unit at 023-32395005.

3-General Qualification Check Form

 * Important explanation: It is essential that accepted candidates upload complete and accurate scans of the requested documents during the online registration period.

**Note: Failure to complete in-person/electronic registration on time will result in withdrawal from the program.

Documents that must be sent by mail after completing online registration:

1- 4x3 photos (new, colored), 12 copies

2- Copy of all pages of the 2nd series of the ID card

3-Copy of the front and back of the national ID card, 2 series

4- Original diploma or original provisional certificate (valid) for undergraduate level and two copies/ completed form for GPA, for final semester students, previously stamped and signed by the Vice Chancellor of Education of the university where the student is studying. And a copy of associate's diploma (for those admitted to non-continuous undergraduate programs).

5- A certificate indicating the status of the military service, especially for men (copy of the end of service card/permanent exemption/service dispatch booklet, declaration of the latest status of the previous military service).

**Note: Eligible applicants should contact Ms. Amerion at 023-32397001 to benefit from the tuition exemption.

6- Original copy of the certificate of completion/exemption/discharge from the human resource plan, including two copies.

7- Certificate of debt status of the Student Welfare Fund, two pages.

8- Original and copy of documents showing the use of the quota for combatants (combatants, martyrs, witnesses, veterans, freedmen, etc.) for people who have been accepted with this quota.

9- Original and copy of the certificate of approval of the rank according to the Brilliant Talent Regulations from the university where the candidate is studying for those accepted into the Brilliant Talent Quota.

10- Original and copy of a letter from the highest administrative authority for official and contractual government employees, stating unconditional agreement to register and continue education.
