The rector of Shahrood University of Medical Sciences announced the issuance of a new circular to support young doctors by the Ministry of Health and said: "Supporting medical staff has increased satisfaction, and this satisfaction will lead to providing quality services to the public."

In an interview with Vebada, Dr. Mohammad Hassan Emamian considered the announcement of the new circular to support young doctors by the Ministry of Health as a very effective measure that has been taken to support the sustainability of young doctors, especially in deprived areas.
 
The head of Shahrood University of Medical Sciences continued: Paying 60 percent of the salary to young doctors in the 14th government has increased the provision of services and will play an effective role in the field of health.
 
He also referred to the doubling of nurses' overtime pay and said: The increase in nurses' overtime that was recently announced is subject to funding, but it is still a priority for our programs and this announcement will be implemented in a desirable manner.
 
Dr. Emamian added: The salary and overtime of nurses working in Shahrood medical centers have been paid regularly, and we have not had any objections from nurses in this regard, and we will try to provide the necessary support for nurses.
 
The head of Shahrood University of Medical Sciences continued: We have also taken measures in the field of supporting specialist doctors and we have provided the necessary support in the field of providing welfare services, including providing housing and renting houses.
 
Dr. Emamian stated: "Supporting the medical staff has increased satisfaction, and this satisfaction will lead to providing quality services to the people."
 
He noted: "The demands of the employees of this university for 1402 (2023) and the remaining leave of retirees, as well as some of the demands of pharmaceutical companies, have also been paid, and we hope that this process will continue with the support of the Ministry of Health, the Parliament, and the Budget Planning Organization."
