According to the Public Relations Department of Shahrood University of Medical Sciences, Dr. Mohammad Hassan Emamian was appointed as the President of Shahrood University of Medical Sciences and Health Services in a decree by Dr. Mohammad Reza Zafarqandi, the Minister of Health, Treatment and Medical Education.

In a decree, Dr. Mohammad Reza Zafarqandi appointed Dr. Mohammad Hassan Emamian, the head of Shahrood University of Medical Sciences and Health Services, as the president of this university, with the approval of the Supreme Council of the Cultural Revolution.

The text of this decree states: Following the announcement No. 800/100 dated 29/08/1403 and in accordance with the letter No. 24261/1403/Dash dated 30/11/1403 of the esteemed secretary of the Committee for the Approval of the Qualifications of University Presidents in the Supreme Council of the Cultural Revolution and the resolution of the sixty-third meeting of the said committee, by virtue of this announcement, you are appointed as the "President of Shahrood University of Medical Sciences and Health Services".
