As part of its commitment to fostering academic dialogue and international collaboration, Shahroud University of Medical Sciences (SHMU) actively engages in organizing and co-hosting joint workshops, seminars, and scientific conferences with partner universities and research institutions across the globe.

These collaborative events serve as valuable platforms for the exchange of ideas, research findings, and innovative practices in the field of medical sciences, health education, and public health. They also help strengthen the university’s academic networks, promote interdisciplinary collaboration, and support the professional development of faculty and students.


Objectives of Joint Academic Events:

To promote knowledge sharing and scientific discussion among experts, researchers, and practitioners.

Collaboration Framework:

Joint academic events are implemented under the framework of MOUs or MOAs signed between SHMU and its partner universities or organizations.

The Office of Vice-Chancellor for Global Strategies and International Affairs coordinates these activities in collaboration with SHMU’s faculties, research centers, and affiliated hospitals.
